I almost forgot some stuff back there.

Here additional changes:

• Ball acceleration should now properly scale with acceleration modifier now. In case you do not know how it works, it's percentage based. (Meaning the "10" set as default value actually means "Speed ball up by 10% per pallet bounce")
• PAUSE MENU! Hit Esc while in game to trigger. Maybe you'll read some funny stuff.
